It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Not much time, but I’ll give you a picture of the happy couple.

Notice how pretty she is.

I actually have some substantial posts begun.

Oh, and I think I want to be a teacher when I grow up.

  1. hey!! i have been waiting for a picture. it was good to see the picture of the happy couple. hope everything works out for you both. that is really cool. thanks for sharing it with us. also teaching sounds like a very interesting career. wow!! go for it if that is really what you want to do!!

  2. Hey, I wouldn’t be wasting time blogging either, if I was in your shoes!

  3. Yeah, I would suggest exploring the possibility of taking classes online, preferably from an apartment less than 5 min from her folks. 🙂

It’s a nice, warm picture, too.

BTW, teaching is a demanding, but very rewarding profession, if God is leading you in that direction.

  4. Good pic!:)

    Looking forward to the “substantial
posts”.:) Sorry I don’t comment as much as I used to. Too busy. *sigh*

  5. Nice picture–and she is very pretty!!

  6. As much as I adore Amy, nothing negative has ever been said of her in this blog. I must break the news.

Amy Weaver, despite all her wonderful traits, is not perfect! I have seen her do laundry!!!!!!!!!

  7. Ha Ha!! That’s a hilarious grin your sporting, there, By!

  8. Very cute couple!!!!

  9. Teacher or professor??? Theirs a BIG difference. Teachings a ministry. A professors a job or profession.

  10. Since when can a job or profession not be ministry?

Ministry is not as dependent on what you are doing as in the way you are doing it.

  11. I don’t believe that’s correct anon. Ag’s right.

  12. I have thought for a long time that you have the gifts to be a good teacher. As already stated, teaching is demanding as well as rewarding. Its rewards many times are not immediate, but come at odd moments like this one when a former student of mine states that they too feel that teaching might be their calling.

  13. Thanks, Uncle Paul.

  14. All the gushing comments about the couple and nothing said about the fine musical instrument in the backgound. What a shame. (it’s mine, by the way)

  15. I noticed it…..but considering how much of it was shown in the picture, I couldn’t determine whose it was……so I still don’t know. I would beg forgiveness if I only knew which child is speaking…..
